Specialist Education Support Network

Every child deserves an education

About SESN

SESN's vision is to continually provide effective academic and SEMH intervention through our three point delivery model, which includes our education and wellbeing provision to support young people with social, emotional, mental health and behavioural difficulties in Lincoln and surrounding areas, Outreach Support Services and SEMH Training.

SESN brings together an effective network of support services, employers and local providers to offer more engaging opportunities and experiences for its students.

Our Principles

Every individual should be continually encouraged to develop and succeed by uncovering their abilities and talents

Exposure to new experiences, venture and skills are essential to develop a young person’s confidence and desire to learn

An educational environment should be inviting and a place in which young people want to be because it meets their needs and their interests

Innovative without the prescription of linear education
